It is so easy to say let go of that worry. At times like this it feels as if the world is crumbling around us and there is no immediate solution. I am way over consumed with worry and I know that it doesn’t help anything. I can’t control it. I dont want to go outside. I have my family with me and we all have a cough and I am hoping it is allergies. but can’t help worrying that it might be worse. I listened too much 4 weeks ago when this was starting to get out of China and I have no tv, radio, facebook communications bec I know it has to get much worse before it slows down. I guess I just had to say that.
It’s OK. But that is why I wrote Letting Go of Worry because it helps a person get control of those worried thoughts. You have to train your brain to think differently to let go of worry. I make the point that you can still be concerned but there is a difference in concern and worry. Maybe the book would help –again, not an easy process. I come from a long line of worriers and had to work on this for years.
