I love my mother, but she lives too far away! I am grateful we can talk on the telephone, but I’d sure rather see her in person so I can give her hugs and kisses. She stole my heart the day I was born, and she has it still.
She makes no effort to repair our relationship. She cuts people off if they don’t agree with her. I’m 60 and she’s 78. When I tried to reconcile with her, she refused. I told her that neither of us is well, and we should try to work this out. She told me she would have no regrets if I died and her expression told me much more.
